The Boring Stuff

By using this website or placing an order with Vivid Vixen Jewellery, you agree to the following:

-All items are handmade using recycled metals. They will show signs of their handmade nature.

-All prices are listed in GBP. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.

-All dispatch times are stated on individual listings. If you order a mixture of ‘in stock’ and ‘made to order’ items, I will send all pieces out together, in line with the longest date. Should you need the ‘in stock’ items sooner, please get in touch so I can arrange this.

-I currently only ship to the UK. Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail Tracked 48. If you want a piece sent to another country, please contact me and I’ll see what I can do.

-Vivid Vixen Jewellery is not responsible for any lost or stolen parcels once they have been marked as delivered.

-Vivid Vixen Jewellery does not accept returns, unless an item arrives damaged, in which case you must notify me within 14 days of receiving your item. If your piece of jewellery requires repairs due to reasonable, normal wear within 6 months of purchase, I will repair it for free. After 6 months, a charge will apply.

-All sterling silver items weighing over 7.78 grams (excluding stones etc) will be hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, in line with legal requirements. Should you wish a piece under 7.78 grams to be hallmarked, contact me before placing your order, and I will advise how much this will cost.
